The satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) of co-owners and residents with condominium management companies

Condominium management companies are often blamed by co-owners, and in the first place by the members of the board of directors. The reasons for complaint are numerous and recurrent: opacity of operations, opacity of tariffs, unjustified tariff increases, procedures not respected, delays of action too long, unreliability, suspicion of collusion with property builders and with service providers. Some organizations - including consumer associations - regularly report abuses by condominium management companies.

Some condominium managers (and condominium management companies) are rated better than their competitors, or even appreciated. They know how to be more effective and closer to their clients (the co-owners) and to condominium residents. To know the overall level of satisfaction of co-owners and residents towards management companies it is logical to « take the temperature » with those who live this relationship on a daily basis: you.

Whether you are a co-owner, tenant in a residence, or caretaker: please vote, and change the results!
